It's been a while....

On Friday we welcomed back David G T Eddershaw (SCH, 47-55) with 3 of his 4 sons. It had been over 60 years since David walked the corridors of School House. A wander around the Chapel, Neuadd, Dining Hall and School House brought back some poignant memories and as a Historian he was very impressed with the Archive display. He did mention that while in school he along with his 3 brothers lived in Sheffield and would always have to do an extra day at the end of term as trains would not get them back home on the same day as school did not finish until mid-day - not the early bus of these days!
